Greetings all, planning on modifying a keychron q4 as my first build. From there, I will figure out how to open this god forsaken corsair k60 without shattering the case.

Hey, that sounds like a solid plan! The Keychron Q4 is a great starting point—really forgiving for first builds, and you’ll get a good feel for switch lubing and keycap choices. As for the Corsair K60, I feel your pain… those cases are notoriously tricky to open without cracking. Take it slow, maybe check some teardown guides or videos first, and keep a thin plastic pry tool handy. You’ll get it—just patience and steady hands!
