Title: Help me build a high-end keyboard with "poppy" or "marbly" sound ($1,500 budget)

As title says, looking to build a high end custom (75% or TKL) with a sound profile that's "poppy" or "marbly" - best I can describe is there's a higher pitched clack, but at the same time there's a thud on the lower end that rounds out the sound.

For reference, what I'm looking for sounds exactly like "marbly" at 0:10 in this short:Not a valid youtube URL
Budget is $1500 - I'm open to modding switches, custom foam, anything else that might help achieve this.
