Sony already has a record of removing games and movies from accounts that paid for them.
Now they kill the 2nd hand resell market, borrowing/testing before purchase, purchasing at ANY discounted price from retailers, and the risk of having the title delisted.

The most anti-consumer move Sony could possibly make.
