Tp4 needs to get one.
What's the best entry lvl, with good enough camera to be "useful."

Alrite, it's either, the potensic atom 3, OR the dji mini 5 pro.
Now, Tp4 is pretty gud with spatial awareness, don't think he'd need object avoidance per-se, buhhh, if Tp4 crashes 1 drone, that's $500, and if had to buy another drone, that's the same price as the DJI with object avoidance.
SO..... It kindaaaa makes sense to get the mini 5 pro?
Dji software seems also of course more mature.
Thoughts.. $680 vs $1150.?? The big bundle price with batteries.

If you're into the outside, yea, it's worldly a place. All the best and worst of mankind assemble in cities.
But Tp4 prefers the farm, where there are turnips and potatoes.

Bah, dis' sd-card slot design no gud'.
If u's flying this thing and you hit sumtn' or vibration, the spring might eject the card mid-air, good luck finding sd card.
They should've added a clasp or some other retention mechanism.

Why drone no record sound?
Yea it'll be zzzzzzzzz rrrrhhhhsssszzzzzz , but what if you want that in the mix. >:D

Meh, don't buy the flip cover with the magnetic hood, the hold is super weak. Gets blown off with a little wind.
Update, used the flaps on the inside panel, works better, still not great, but this is by far the most convenient shroud.
The other one which might work well is the silicone one, but having to take that thing on and off is a no go.

These batteries, not satifisfying.
Tp4 ran it full throttle, last only about 20minutes before drone starts beeping at 15% return home.
Really should have bigger batts.

Ok so,
Mosquitoz come out @ 7am peak, 9pm peak
Throttle into lowest around 12pm.
So, if you got an hour or so of total batt life, you start at 11am, fly till 12:30, then cool down, then Charge, 2 hours, Get another flight in before the sunset.

Were gon' fly dron this morning, buhhh then looked at the clouds, even though it weren't raining at the spot Tp4 were @, since the dron covers a big area, can't really tell if it gon' be a little drizzle.
Tp4 still 2x2p00r to buy another dron just like that.

ND filters seem like a scam,
If it reduces light, you get longer shutter speed, so it says that ADDS motion blur.
If you want motion blur, just do it in post. why would you want to add blur to the entire capture time you're in the air.

Charging a battery with another battery is insanely inefficient.

So, the battery charger won't charge more than 1 battery at the same time.
Tp4 reads manual, ok, it says it needs 65 watts to charge 2 batteries at the same time.
Tp4 plugs in 65 watt charger, NOPE,
Tp4 reads manual again, checks online, ah, it needs a SPECIAL 65w, 15v 4.3amp charger, that DJI happens to sell.
FINE, buys charger.
Plugs in DJI 4.3amp 65watt charger, STILL no simul-charge.
Tp4 checks online again, watches DJI instructional video,
Video-- Only standard battery pack supports simul-charge, PLUS battery packs can only charge 1 @ a time.

Realistically, charging at 1C is probably the max that you should do on these bats.
They discharge at 1-1.5C during flight.
Could stick it on a 30w charger, which will charge at .86C, Hard to find a 20w charger, because they typically don't have the right 15v mode.
Tp4 running active cooling when charging, just stick it ontop the Air purifier, no dust, and high cfm.
They DO SELL a triple pack charger that will do all packs @ 1C, it uses 20v 5amp, so you need a 100w supply.
Mmmm... That's like $34 + $54, IDK, doesn't seem worth it, and kinda ifffffy on 3rd party chargers, a trust issue, since the damn drone is already WAYYYyyyy overpriced due to tariffs'n'such.

Hrrrrmm.... so it's a 33.51whr battery.
Charging does most of the damage to batteries, 0.5C is the ideal top end for lithium,
Can't find exact, but it seems 20watt charger outputs 18.59ish watts @ 90% efficiency. That is roughly 0.55C.
Something something, about preventing lithium plating.
Wish they'd have just considered this and let you run a 60w, charger at 0.5 C per slot in the 3slot charger.
It'd be so easy to do..
If it were easier to buy these batteries, Tp4 wouldn't bother.
THey DO make a 3rd party triple slot charger that can take a 60w or 100w brick, WHILE charging all 3 @ even distribution.
But the issue is, 3rd party chargers are prettttty notorious.

In the coming economic panic, we could near 30-50% unemployment, imagine they come try to ROB ur stuff, now you have aerial intel, the brigands are coming.
Dronz gon' be incredibly useful for monitoring / reconnaissance.

Woh, this thing can transfer files at 251MB/s from sdcard.
That's surprising.
Wait, NM, it's the internal storage, SD card does 77MB/s

There is NO REASON why anyone should live without a dron. They're so useful, for everything, even outside of leisure.

OMG, found a charger that does exactly 0.5C , 4 channels. IDK, kind spensive. mmmm.... It is allot more convenient.
But not very versatile, because it can't say push 65w to 1 battery like the stock charger can.
That would be nice, if a charger did both, just more functions, slow charge for when you don't need fast.
