Title: Unphat 2026, wurkout thread.
Post by: tp4tissue on Fri, 17 July 2026, 12:33:44
Tp4 been tryn' out dumbbell next to the PC method.

The problem with bunching exercise all in 1 go for upper body is, You can't do that many sets, because there's no sugar recovery.

The muscles are not designed for hour long high loads. No human in the wild does that.

So, with weights that are near the max one could move safely, you deplete the sugar very quickly, and the body has no time to recharge.

In 1 hour, Tp4 could do 50 straight arm shoulder flies with 15lbs.

All day, Tp4 could do 100+.

It also helps that there's not as much lactic, because you're not pushing the system into anaerobic, very little soreness/ second day impediment.

Thoguhts?

In front of PC basically 12hrs.

Do 1 set per hour.

10 shoulder fly, 10 shoulder press, 10 tricep extension.

x12 per day.

Thinking about getting another pull up bar,  there's one in the basement, but not in PC room.

Wall mount kind looks pretty gud.

It's a great idea to keep free weights in your computer room. I crank out random sets all day while watching whatever on my comp.
It takes about 90 seconds to do a quick 30 reps with an ez bar or whatever, before you know it you have knocked out 150 reps for the day.
