I've been allergic to grass for basically my entire life and today they've been hitting like crazy and I've been struggling to sleep for 5 hours straight.
Right now I have a runny nose on my left nostril which is simultaneously stuffed AND runny, sleeping on my other side doesn't work, "gentle" blowing doesn't work, steam doesn't work, my nasal spray doesn't work, allergy pills don't work, I'm so tired of this.
Did I just lose the genetic lottery that badly or can y'all suggest some (not shady) natural remedies or something?? Thx!

Are you sure that it is actually grass? If so that is going to be very hard to get away from.
A wide-spectrum allergy test may reveal that it is something more specific.

100% cuz I did those allergy tests once

I drink a glass of warm milk every day, but on second thought it's just the mornings as soon as I wake up and the evenings that get really bad, I'll double it and see what happens

take 2x Mucinex
wait 30-40mins
mix hot water+salt in glass
take bite of habanero or higher pepper
swallow/spit, then gargle warm salt water
boom, sinuses clear
