I just got my Dell AT101W from the same seller -- at 20 dollars to your door it seemed like a fair price. Although I now realize I didn't get the board pictured necessarily (as it was the same picture for my sale as this one), the board I got was very clean.  More than happy with the purchase (my first mechanical board) as I type this up on it.

That's just how much it costs to ship these things. $20 is a good price for it.
