I figured there might be some interest in a rerun of this, so let's get into it.

Some positions in the 65% column have been moved around for aesthetic reasons and to help streamline new mold costs for the 40s kit below.

Special thanks to HaiZeus for his help on this 40s kit and for getting the ball rolling on this rerun in the first place.
The idea here is that this is a fully self-contained 40s kit so that 40s users won't have to also buy the Modifiers kit to cover their boards like in the past. We've also made use of SAIL's agnostic legends to further help with coverage.
