I have one of these from the same seller.

I'm not sure what it'll 'just' need a wipe over with - a rasp?  It'll be filthy and will need taking apart...

Mine works fine though.  

Bin the mice.

Now, if that cost about $10, I'd buy it because I'm running kind of low on mice.
