heh, heh - Now THAT's geeky!  But God, it would take FOREVER to finish the game at that rate...

But it might come in useful to have the transcript when mapping out the mazes.  Didn't the old version actually only give you current surroundings/narration and delete the previous "move"?  I don't remember seeing lines of green text filling the screen... just a few lines above the cursor.
