Title: Filco Keys on other Keyboards?
Post by: nodq on Mon, 22 November 2010, 03:56:53
Hi,

how does it work with custom Keys? Can i order such Filco Keys here: http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=access,keycaps&pid=redwasd

and put them on my Steelseries 7G? Or other Keys maybe. Or does that not work?

Sorry if i made a Thread again, don't know what to search for. :)

greetings

My SteelSeries 6Gv2 has the same profile as the Filco boards, which is the same as the Rosewill RK-9000.

I've got a Filco red ESC on it at the moment but tested the WASD keys I have as well and they seemed to match just fine.

Ah cool oki, i will order some then. Btw. a Red ESC Key is as expensive as a 4 Key Set WASD? :D Thats kinda weird actually.

You get both a blank and a labeled one.

And that is the Red Esc key for the HHKB, which uses Topre switches. If you order that, it won't work on your SteelSeries...
