1986 Model M (http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-IBM-1390131-M-Clicky-Keyboard-Black-Label-/190471354588?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item2c58fa38dc)
Seems to be a pretty nice one, though the price isn't great. I'd wait it out a few days and then make an offer.

That link points to the $49.00 USB Unicomp you posted just previously. Cut & paste error? I assume you mean this one (http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-IBM-1390131-M-Clicky-Keyboard-Black-Label-/190471354588)?

Oops, fixed the link.
I didn't know the square labels extended into 87- I have never seen one. I have one from 1986 and it's nice, though I am not as picky about my Ms as some people, I think the 42h types just fine.
