It's just a never ending recycled listing.  Every month when the old listing expires they just re-list it.  Nobody's going to buy it at anywhere close to that price.  While Displaywriter boards aren't that common, they're also not that rare and likely of no use to anyone being nobody's yet made a controller for them that I'm aware of.  The going rate from what I've seen is about $30, sometimes even less.  Asking for anything above $50 for a Displaywriter board simply shows that the seller has absolutely no idea of what it's real value is.
