Got a new Adesso 135B today. But some keys do not function...
Really disappointed at Adesso's quality. Dunno if I should replace it or just get a refund.
-
RMA it and get a Rosewill RK-9000.

uh...they are working now. Probably it was caused by the cold weather. It was like only 10F outside. Thanks for the advice.

O_O
wow, do keyswitches have a specification for operating temperature range?
-
Ya. The specification indicates that the operating temperaturelike is 32 F-122 F. Since every key seems fine now, I assume that temperature was most likely the cause.
-
Cherry MX switches have an operating temperature of -10°C to +70°C. -10°C is about 14°F.

.... Rubber is more like a plastic and very brittle at very low temperature.
