Also same price as Amazon...really approaching the price that people pay for keycaps now. Ridiculous!

This is a good thing. Hopefully, it will drive down prices as a whole unlike deregulated power markets in California.

Reasonably priced
interesting decision to use blues since I always got the impression that they were the least gaming friendly?
-
Cheaper than bulk blues from Newark or Mouser, so at least it's got one use... *evil laugh*

Plate or PCB mounted?

I am in the market for my first mechanical keyboard. I also already did some research about the different types of keyboards and switches. My first choice is a filco, but with the scarcity and price, it's a little out of my range. Since this keyboard is somewhat on sale and I also have $50 amazon credit, do you guys think its a good buy? All I do is chat and play sc2.

Thanks for the reply ripster. I don't think NKRO is a premium function that I'll need. Don't think I'll be pressing more than 6 keys at once. hehe. I think most of the keyboards look the same to me ducky, filco, rosewill, etc (for my untrained naked eye).
Anyways, I just had a chat with my friend who so happens to live in Taiwan. He said he'll try to help me look for a filco around town this weekend. If he doesn't find any or if its too expensive, then I think I'll just settle for that BW.

Let us know what he finds out. I'm curious whether this Filco shortage is worldwide or not.
Filco without NKRO is NT3000 and NT3400 with NKRO in Taiwan. Filco is even cheaper in Japan. Guys in USA should have grabbed something cheap here imo.
