I have a Filco Majestouch Tenkeyless Tactile Click for sale (Cherry MX blue switches). I'm not quite sure of the vintage since I bought it used, but it does have flat Windows keys rather than domed. It's in good shape---nice and clean---but the keys do have a bit of a shine to them. I'm including the following:

In the interest of full disclosure, I will add that there is sometimes an ever-so-slight wobble depending on the desktop surface the keyboard is on. I think that one of the rear rubber pads is off by a hair, but the wobble goes away once the board gets situated. Also, when I extend the rear feet, there's no problem at all (which is why I think it's one of the rear pads).

Thanks! Dropbox is awesome. I happily give them $9.99/mo for the 50GB plan.

Price has been lowered again. There must be someone out there who wants one of these as a Christmas present.
