BEWARE: The sounds seems to over amplified/over sensitive mic in this video due to the Webcam.
PLEASE LOWER YOUR VOLUME OF THE BLUE SWITCH WILL KILL YOUR EARS
G80-3494 will alot less bottoming out

are there a lot of differences in activation force if u compare the plated mounted black switches with the pcb mounted red switches (ppl told me that pcb mounted blacks are significantly heavier)? IMO the difference in keycaps material and thickness make some differences too, so... its the sound comparison between 4 different keyboards instead of switches >.<'''

Nice post, those Blues were loud!

But they were really only loud is a narrow frequency range. Unfortunately, that tends to be where mics are the most sensitive.
So it's a bit disingenous to say "this is what they all sound like". I've never heard blues that sound like that in real life. Even my BS keyboards aren't that loud/high pitched.

Nice Razer Copperhead....I always enjoyed that mouse until it started double and triple clicking on single clicks.

They are as loud as they sound in the video. Remember to lower the volume till you cant heard any computer fans.

It sounds fine on my HD555.
Just remember to lower the volume till you no longer heard the computer fans.
That's as close as you can get to the real thing unless someone is willing to loan me a AT2020 or even a AT4040.

Thanks, I still love my Copperhead too.
Copperhead are still on the shelf in Singapore.
They still go for crazy SGD$79 despite a deathadder costing only SGD$89.
USD$1 = SGD$1.32

Differences like that shouldn't be nitpicked despite the fact that both are linear. The mx black are much heavier at 40g-60g-80g, while the reds are 35g-45g-60g, it's not a fair comparison. I'm sure there would be differences but it's not the same exact switch by force.
