I know there has been an intrest in this switch, and has also been difficult to find.
Item is located in Hong Kong but looks like they will ship worldwide. Not much feedback, but is somone willing to take the risk?

I was willing to take the risk.
Then I saw $190 and decided I can go my life without this.
EDIT then again, it is NKRO.
Damnit.
-
A keyboard has got to be special to get this kind of cash from me. This wouldn't be it.
-
$190 is about how much I paid for mine from PChome.
I love this keyboard, it's so great, lightness of Browns and linear feeling of Blacks.
Now only if they made a tenkeyless with Reds...
-
Damn, I should sell mine. I'd get get 4x what I paid for it :P.

WOW, how much did you pay for that?
-
Damn. Math is going downhill in the US. Either that, or reading comprehension, or both.
-
I paid ¥3950 for mine back in February, when they were on clearance in Akihabara.

Writing, Reading, and Search skills are even worse at OCN. (http://www.overclock.net/keyboards/889160-das-keyboard.html)
LOL I love how you pwn the OCN guys. Yet they can say sh*t because you have all the answers!
LOL!
-
Anymore, I get the feeling all of our members are from there.
-
Am I the only one who learned about OCN from GH?
Damn I'm a noob.

Am I the only one who learned about OCN from GH?
Nope!
Damn I'm a noob.
Maybe!
-
I knew about OCN, but never went there since that's not really my crowd. I got stuck here after I asked a question. IMav won't let me leave. He keeps me around for entertainment.
-
It seems like a lot more teenagers/younger crowd lurk/post at OCN?
I also have not been able to leave here even after finding what I was looking for. I got bit by the keyboard bug. FML...
-
is cheaper if you get it from PChome.
http://global.pchome.com.tw/?mod=item&func=exhibit&IT_NO=DCAH0X-A50272833&c=A05&tm=u#
after convert is $165+$20 shipping
-
*Avoids OCN like the plague, unless he is in dire need of more lulz*
-
You divide by 4.
I don't think he got them with US dollars, most probably with Japan yens. So actually I am asking how much he got them in Japan.
-
if he said he got it for 1/4 the price, the US price is given, and the USD to Yen conversion is known... i think you could figure it out pretty quickly

I am interested in the exact price, because my friend also got one in Japan with similar price. I am just curious that if they got them with the same price, or perhaps they got them in the same store. Just for a little fun.
-
Well, I got mine at T-Zone. I picked mine up off of a stack of about 13 boards the clerk brought over.
-
Jeez...expected delivery between Jan 12 and Jan 26....no thanks on paying $190 and waiting over a month for shipping.
-
twn2
I did the math here. It's not hard.
- HaaTa sez Yen 3950
- I go to Xrates and convert to US
- I divide by 4
- I give the answer (http://geekhack.org/showpost.php?p=263040&postcount=11)
- I cross check with Haata's 4X estimate
- It is spot on
- I make a "4.00 X" joke
- You go and ruin the joke
ripster
I asked HaaTa before he said he bought it for 3950 yen. Then he answered, and I know how much he bought it. See the point? I can not just divide the price of the ebay link by 4 and do the rate transfer, that would not get to 3950 yen exactly, and I want to know the exactly amount. I don' know why you put 3950 yen here, I don't need anymore information after I know he bought it for 3950 yen. My second post just wants to explain why I don't divide the $190 ebay price by 4 and do rate transfer before I know 3950 yen. Do you satisfy now?

I apologize for my incompetence. :P
-
As opposed to fake money?
-
I officially love Japan.

READ THAT FEEDBACK (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=gameover.hk&&iid=170572178177&sspagename=VIP:feedback&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller).
Seller could be legit, but here are 5 reasons risk outweighs reward until they have a better and longer track record for international sales.
1 - Seller in Asia
2 - Only 2 feedbacks
3 - Both feedbacks are from new users, one has their only feedback from this seller.
4 - The other already had an issue, though it was worked out
5 - This is freaking expensive, why not use a reputable buying service for the same price?
-
If anyone's going to order one of these, just go through PCHome while they still HAVE $20 shipping. It'll come out to about the same price and the shipping will be faster.
-
meh i just want some red keyswitches..
-
Blood.
-
Sharpie.
-
Meh. This is the same guy that was selling them for like $250 before. I'd rather purchase from PCHOME in hopes that they make the $20 shipping special permanent instead of give money to this opportunist.
-
It was the guy with $60 keyboard and $150 shipping that was a douchebag.
I think eBay'ers do this because they pay a percentage of the sale price to eBay. The shipping on the other hand is not calculated into the sale price.
But yes I agree it is a pretty douche move and often tricks unsuspecting people.
