Title: Help! (or: how to open a SGI granite mouse)
Post by: 7bit on Fri, 17 December 2010, 15:11:50
I need some help:

No screw on top, but you and me expected this.

But, ...

... no screw here, either!

:-(

You might suggest to push that ball-cover towards arrow-direction, but nope.

Seems to be glued!

Now help me, please! What should I do?

Yes, it is. I feel the screws. But I can't open that ball cover, seems it is glued mayby because it fell off once in a while.

I know that mod, thanks for the link!

So I will have to clean it the hard way :-/

edit: OK, got the ball-cover loose without breaking anything.
