Title: 2GB DDR2 1066 for 2GB DDR3 1066

I have a 2GB stick of DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) that I would like to exchange for a 2GB stick of DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500). Willing to pay shipping (via USPS w/ 200$ insurance).

Not to disappoint, but I think you'd have a much better experience if you just took whatever you could get for it on Ebay, and then used the proceeds to buy what you need.

Even if you are willing to include extra cash, filling such a specific task like this just seems unlikely.
