I'm trying to sign up for an account on KBC China's BBS, but I'm getting hung up on the last field of the registration:

Is this some sort of pre-supplied auth code that I don't have? Google Translate thinks it means "registration in" whatever that means. I tried just throwing some bogus word in there and it mentioned an authorization code.

The last field says "registration reason". The verification field above that seems to be the thing that's missing for you. It requires Chinese to input. The first field is some random trivia question, the 2nd field is the CAPTCHA.

Hrm.. Weird, I did it again and didn't have a problem.
For anyone wondering, the two verification fields above are:
A math problem
A captcha
The math problem actually only shows up when I have google translate turned off. Mine was 49 - 3 = ?

Hmm, that was lucky of you. I got asked what was the capital of China and it needed the answer in Chinese.

I think the field "registration reason" is simply meant to be a way to avoid spam. I pasted part of their forum name "键盘爱好者" (meaning 'keyboard enthusiast') and activated the account successfully. Please note that the activation process is manually done by the site admin and may take 1~2 days.
