Wow I missed my keyboard so much, especially when I was typing everything on a netbook! No wonder you ppl want to try to bring your own mech/HHK portables with you along. Next time I travel for more than a week i'm bringing along a ml4100.

You really are obsessed with that thing. But it's still a short throw scissor switch board. Which is just icky.

Agreed. I'd rather type on a KeyTronic any day of the week.

If only they were HHKB clones. But they aren't. They are just small keyboards.

Which isn't bad. They just aren't clones.

Also, after using such a keyboard for quite some time (apple's), I can assure you: I'd much rather spend 15 times as much on the HHKB. If not 20.

I'm willing to spend quite a bit of money to avoid pain such as brought on by those damn short throw scissors.

This is why I brought my TG3 BL82 home with me...small enough to use with my netbook and nice enough to use with the Desktop my friend has loaned me.

I think that's where ripster bought it, though it seems darker on ripster's pic.
I shall call it wannabe apple keyboard. It looks nicer and is cheaper, does it feel better too, rippy*?
