Title: How to stop trolling?

So, how can I prevent myself and others from trolling? It isn't nice and we aren't suppoused to do it, but I just can't help myself...

Trolls and the concept of trolling don't exist.  It's just a concept made up by people so they can ignore any real in depth discussion, new people on message boards, and as an excuse to be jerks.  Usually the first person to call troll is the troll.  I've been falsely accused of being a troll countless times now.  I'm pretty tired of it.

It's simply posting with the intent of irritating other members (or otherwise invoking an emotional response) or purposely trying to derail a conversation for your own entertainment.

I don't believe that there are that many people that do that though intentionally.  I don't understand what entertainment people would get out of doing that.  The concept has never made sense to me.
