Space invader switches (black) seem to be fairly rare. They are tactile and clicky...they feel very similar to Cherry MX Blue switches. It has an AT connector and is in great condition (works flawlessly).

I think the split IBM keyboard (M15) had this system, I guess they had to split the spacebar and decided to make use of the extra potential this affords.
The backspace on the left side is an epic idea. I don't ever use my left thumb to type a space, so a more useful key should definitely be there, and backspace is a prime candidate.
