I would like to know what this tool does. I am lookin for something to switch my keyboard layout natively.

It just messes with Windows registry to change keys.  Might be an alternative to Sharpkeys (http://www.randyrants.com/sharpkeys/).

It seems like it just changes the registry; applications like that have been around for ages.
