better than rubber domes tho.
Ripster - how about a review?
I like my ML board, it's what you might think of if someone made a laptop w/ a mechanical keyboard. It has a short travel with a slight, but noticeable bump. I like the keyfeel, but the layout isn't really good for a daily driver. It's pretty darn cramped and the modifiers are tiny. There are better options unless you want something light that's easy to carry around.
Can't get much more portable.
AND it's fullsize, unlike the Cherry ML4100Show Image(http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5207/5294730354_7edeb408cc_z.jpg)
Well where in the world can one buy such a keyboard? I want one... NOW!
uh ok i guess i touched a nerve there...i was asking ripster for a review on his dealextreme board that gets mentioned every so often . call me curious jeez
I have a couple of extra ML boards with trackball to sell if anyone is interested. PM for more info. FWIW my least favorite thing about these boards is the layout, not the switch. I can never adapt to "enter" being one key further to the right. I'm keeping one, but the other two are up for grabs. Oh yeah, trackball has been upgraded from cheap light plastic ball to heavier "marble" type ball.
