Too bad it's a ISO layout.

Alternatively i'll be having stock soon of a Compaq G80-1838 HPU revision 1 keyboard.

I sent a message to the seller, he said he'd ship to Portugal (so I'd assume he'd ship to the Netherlands), but it would be £30, a little too much for me.

Bidded £3 the seller's other one of these which finished a day or two ago. Went for about 14 iirc. Didn't really want it enough to pay over that for it!
