Friend picked this up today for a couple of dollars, looks like ALPS but I haven't actually seen the keyboard in person. Oddly enough, it also has Chinese on it...

Acer 6311 - white complicated Alps usually.

Shouldn't that be clicky mechanical modules over membrane? Very ALPS-y in look and feel but isn't. Acer's own construction. You can pull 'em off, which is pretty neat.
