I would suppose you'll have to hope for their goodwill.

i have not ordered anything, but i am debating where to order from right now, i want to make sure i get a good price but also have a warranty in case something goes wrong of course.

PS:  How do i get in contact with the Army?  1-800-USA-ARMY sounds like a good place to start   :P

You have to do really well in this video game (http://www.americasarmy.com/) and contact them over voicechat. If they say "gg" then you should be ok. If they say "OMG Hax" or "Pwnt" you're pretty much out of luck.
