i want an iNVERSE CAp s loCk on my board,
capS LIghT on = capS lock oFf

Or bruteforce it with a small microcontroller. I've seen a ATTiny13 used for this kind of thing.

Build one of those NOT gates and wire it to the LED.

Good for him! Not quite what manfaux asked for though. One puny transistor is hung well enough with three legs.
