is there a way to make the Caps Lock light stay on?

the actual caps lock has to stay off of course.

capS LIghT on = capS lock oFf

Build one of those NOT gates and wire it to the LED.

OK, and probably one or two resistors as well.

Good for him! Not quite what manfaux asked for though. One puny transistor is hung well enough with three legs.
