Title: Anyone ordered Carrying Case from ELK

Has anyone ordered one of these (Carrying Case), either for the Leopold or the HH from EliteKeyboards?

Is it make in the US?  How is the quality?

I have the HHKB one, and I like it.  It's not made in the US, and quality seems very good.  The only thing about it that I didn't like was that it had a "chemical" smell to it, like fresh vinyl or something.  It went away quickly, but it smells horrible.
