Title: Streaming video capture software

Hey guys,

Can anyone recommend a safe, clean, (free), streaming video program?  Mrs. Rhaullan needs to copy some stuff off of YouTube and I told her the keyboard nerds (who she despises due to my new collecting habits...) would be able to point me in the right direction.
