I can test it at the request of the owner after payment and before I ship it off. If it is DOA, I can refund the money immediately. Until then, I'm not taking the plastic off. I don't suspect any reason why it would be dead anyways.

Hope that's understandable. To me, it doesn't seem like there would be an issue if I follow my procedure.
