So I just got this keyboard in from someone on ebay and it was damaged in shipping. The #1 key broke off in the ML switch....see picture below. I messaged them about how we should proceed and if they do not get back to me or have any resolution I might have to file a claim with Paypal. Until then I have this keyboard that needs a key regardless of what the seller does for me. The main problem is that I found a LPAUS model with the laser etched key caps, so that is what I would like to replace it with. Does anyone have one or know where I can find one? Would contacting Cherry be an option?

The just got back to me and said they are sending out a replacement key in the morning. Hopefully it is actually laser etched and not pad printed.
