Found these. Interesting, they come with the switch, cap, and plate for less than $1 each. Actually just over $1 with shipping for me.

that is interesting. For a moment I thought these were the glow in the dark key caps.
-
Are the caps Cherry MX compatible?
-
I was wondering that too. It definitely looks like it. I put a question into the seller asking if they're linear or clicky. We'll see if he responds intelligently at all.

Interesting, but what stem is it ?
Looks nice, maybe useful for those who like to print out icons and put under the see through cap.
But i'm not really bothered for that sort of thing.

The caps are not MX-compatible, at least without any modification. You can see the inside of a key cap in the third picture in this auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/1-pc-White-Keyboard-4x5-keys-20-keys-Metal-Panel-/140380863344?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item20af59fb70). There are struts in the way.
Hmm.. Some of these switches have white stem, others have black stem.
The seller also has 4×4, 5×1 and 4×3 panels.
They remind me of vintage NEC linears.
