I mean not mech kbs in general but continuously using a specific model or keyboard.
I've been using my hhkb for 4 months and am lovin it.

Also post your favorite pic of your mech kb.
Here is a spreadsheet everyone can add how much time they have spend on a their mech kb.

Feel free editing the spreadsheet, im not so spreadsheet savvy.

I just received mine today, a tenkeyless Filco with brown switches. This is my first foray into the world of mechanical keyboards, so for your poll I'll have to say one day.
Will edit this post for pictures later!

I bought my first mechanical just three weeks ago.
Between reading some keyboard forums, and having a "special" keyboard, it has motivated me to practice touch typing an hour or so a day, in an attempt to get my skills back. I'm starting to suspect I have Alzheimers or some other neurological disease because even though I know better, too often I'll use the correct finger for a letter, but on the wrong hand. Maybe it's digital dyslexia?

Believe it or not, the very same blue label 1391403 has been gracing my desk ever since 2002... or even 2001? There were times when it would be pushed aside by the G80-3000 with blues (originally acquired soon after) for weeks or months, but there's enough space for two board here nowadays. Don't think I've ever taken any "artsy" shots of either.
Funny, seems I have a blue theme going on. I even like blue, but rather than singing the blues, I'd prefer soul.

My first Kinesis contoured has been in continuous use since '98.

Deck Legend - 10 months
Cherry G80-3000 - 8 months

My NMB is about 15 years old

I'd been using a Model M for about a year, then I bought a HHKB Pro last summer. I like it so much I just ordered another one (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?t=15333).

Been using my Model M for about a year also, and have been using my TG3 for about 2 months.
-
couple of months
wanted a blue cherry cuz i am dissapointed with my brown :(
but the blue ones were out of stock :(
-
DSI Modular Keyboard with Cherry Brown for my Hackintosh. Been using it for like a year now. Overall, very happy with it.
-
i used blues on the Xarmor u9bl for a month, then moved and bought a filco with browns and a Realforce with variable weights. I love them both so much that i switch boards every week. :) The realforce also get to do all my school papers and the Filco gets all the gaming. :D

I used a Model M on and off for about 5 years, and a Filco for the last 6 months.
-
Been using my Deck Legend Fire for about a month now. Doubt that will change as my primary keyboard for years to come (at least on my home computer).
-
Got my first mechanical keyboard, a Unicomp Customizer 104 over three weeks ago I absolutely love buckling springs.
-
A Model M at work for 4 months, and a Deck Legend Ice 1 month at home.
-
I've been using a Ducky 9008 with browns for a little over a month now and it's great!
-
I used my first AEKII for 10 years, then, when a key died last year, moved on to my second AEKII. I'd been using a Model M at work for 5 years, but recently retired it for an older, better Model M. Waiting for Unicomp's Mac announcement (soon?!?), and to likely get a Tactile Pro 3 to boot.

About 3 months and I've acquired 8 mechs so far. It's a disease.
I've been using mechanicals for about 4 months now and so far I've only bought 5 of them, but I have 3 more on the way so we're tied.

I've been using mech keyboards since 2006 I think. I've had my share of keyboards but I'm not a collector or a hoarder. I sell what I dont use and move on to something new. So far the real force has stuck with me for 3+ years.
