I saw that Ducky is selling their new Tiger edition keyboard here. Has anyone tried it yet? Please let me know if the keyboard is good.

I would buy one if it came in tenkeyless!

I ordered 1.
I've used the previous DK9008 cherry mx brown model before so the features will be about the same, exception that it also has USB NKRO, so i can just plug and play :} The spacebar for Cherry mx brown model sports a Cherry mx clear. Oh and it uses SMD instead of the DIP diodes for nkro; and the PCB is of slightly better quality.
Other mentions about it being more heavier/sturdy; and supposedly types quieter on brown compared to the previous model.

I'd be surprised if it was any quieter than other plate mounted browns.

Well this is what fsbzz said. He was comparing the previous Dk9008 with the new G2 tiger edition model.
I'll have to check out for myself to verify :X but can't see how this is so unless they add rubber damper rings like on those Topre silent models.
-
Yeah, sounds weird, since I haven't seem any dampeners in the naked pictures of the G2.
-
It's probably something to do with more solid construction. Less echos, resonation, etc.
-
I really like the red box.
I doubt the rest makes $50 worth of difference.
Agreed.

Wait, is this new old stock? The year of the tiger was last year...

Seems only 500 were made.

For only 500 made a lot of sites are selling these. Heck there might be even more than 500 on taobao alone.
