The only keys in this image that aren't double shot are the Caps Lock, Enter key and \ key.

Anyone have Black Cherry Corp. double shot ones they'd be willing to sell me? It'd really tie the look of the board together :D

You want the stepped or non-stepped DS Capslock?

Honestly, doesn't matter as long as it fits! If only the stepped one will fit that's fine.

Is it possible to do a reverse of that mod; mod an un-stepped ISO caps lock to fit ANSI?

ynih has been kind enough to sell me the stepped Caps Lock. Now I just need an Enter key and a "\" key!
