Whatsup guys, i was lucky enough to come across a IBM Model M keyboard i was wanting to restore it. The problem is its not connected via a ps/2 connecter like most old keyboards and i was wondering if anyone would know what kind of adapter i would need for this.

That is a terminal board, my friend. Go find a post by kishy and look at the links in his sig on how to make those work.
They really are worth making work. I use a PS/2 version of that keyboard on my workstation. All those extra keys come in handy for macro programming.
