Also note the special filco has dual layered FR4 pcb.
It's fascinating how people are attracted to things that aren't mainstream, without any sort of objective assessment of the relative merits of the thing in question.

Is the Leopold FR-4?
I think when the reds appear in volume people will realize how light they are and go "meh".
I'm a bad keyboard hipster. . . I bought the keyboard everyone else already has because I assume that means it's not terrible.
. . . unless, oh God, no! Filcos must have been the Hipster Cool-Kid Keyboard last year! Everyone has one because everyone thought they were going to be unique!
I'm a late-to-the-game bandwagon hopper *cries*

If I were buying keyboards based solely on their PCBs I'd get a RealForce. But that would be stupid. Like buying a keyboard based on the size of their Toroid or the AWG of the USB cable. Once again RealForce wins that battle. At $99 versus $265/275 that's a lot for PCB bragging rights.
Yeah, Filcos were cool when you had to spend $200 to import them from Japan. Then everyone got their hands on one, an the magic wore off (along with the key legends)
Is is just me or does anybody else see boobies?
