It looks like a BTC 5100C to me. Apparently, those things are very popular for industrial and medical device use.

I just found one of these keyboards a few days ago (Advantech KDB-6307) but it has the older AT connector on it. I popped one of the keys off and was very surprised that it has the awesome "white alp" switches- the same ones used on the Omnikey. It's a pretty sweet keyboard but I will probably end up either selling it or using it for repairing my other keyboards switches.
