Elitekeyboards.com does have non-domed Windows keys (http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=access,cherrymxkeys&pid=maj_winf). They also have non-printed domes (http://elitekeyboards.com/products.php?sub=access,cherrymxkeys&pid=maj_winbn). You're out of luck if you want both flat and non-printed, though.
