Title: I hate cleaning my ball(s).
Post by: panda-R on Wed, 09 March 2011, 00:30:36
My trackball that is.
I find it gets dirty quickly and requires cleaning every other day now or I'm left with JERKING motions upon usage.
However for the love of the planet I can't get rid of my blue ball(s) (LOGITECH M570).

This not bode well for the survival of your species.
Have you thought of upgrading to Baller status?
yes but it looks awkward to use. I'm too used to the thumb style balling, but I will try one at a later time. Does your ball(s) get dirty too?

Scraping that gunk off with your fingernail is so satisfying. Mmm, clean wheel.

I used to have to clean the Kensington Expert Mouse daily. I opened my CST the other day for the first time in months, and there was almost no dirt anywhere.

You know you can pop these little cherry out to clean them. But make sure you don't loose it. I once search a room for 4 hours to find back one of these little bastards. When they fall, they bounce like crazy.
