mostly i used to play fighting games w/ keyboards .. recently i find out that my filco cherry mx blue is way too flimsy i didn't like it in-games of course
my razer tarantula was new & unboxed for like 2 years lol , so i finally decided to open it today lol , install driver & firmware 2.02 ( i wish i did not the firmware thing)
Now the problem is i can't get TURBO MODE working :( , also the razer logo kept glowing B&F

Nice to meet you! Welcome to Geekhack!
Filco seems to be a well respected board. What do you find flimsy about it?

The usual stuff about double-tapping with blues, I guess...
The question now would be:
Apart from Turbo mode, does it work as a keyboard, accepting input and all? If so, it would obviously not meet the criteria for "dead". In this case the manual, Razer FAQ and customer support may be able to help with the remaining irregularities.
Let's just hope it doesn't sting, which reportedly isn't much to look forward to. ;) OK, so the creature from the proverb isn't a keyboard, but still...

i thank you all , yesterday i was able to start TURBO MODE accidently ! but then keyboard begin to act strangly , for example (when i tapping fast ) & off my fingers from keyboard , my player walk alone , i was facing that problem sometime ago with old SAITEK ECLIPSE model, turbo mode is the only way can accept more than 13 NKRO
maybe i should try keyboard on Windows XP & compare
what i don't like about Filco majestouch cherry MX blue is the feeling in games , as keyb gr mentioned the double tapping or fast tapping..anyway i try to get use to
What do you think guys should i go for MX Brown or maybe Black ?
i really want to try them !
