Title: Question about Realforce keycap
Post by: Chojo31 on Mon, 28 March 2011, 10:53:26
I'm sure the question was already answered in another thread but I could not find it.

Where can I buy keyscap for the Realforce? I will get the white one and I want black keyscap on it except the letter keycap (a-b-c-d-e-f etc)

I know that the HHKB can fit, but I can't find home delete arrow keycaps...

Sorry for my poor english hehe and thanks for the respond!

Is that not just a case to go on top of it?

Does Gmarket offer the same stuff as Leopold or is it just some items?

Edit : I did click the numbers and added and exception for firefox, but no popup windows appeared... strange.

Ah, its working now. However it only shows the A-Z plus alt and \|. Also not sure if I can order directly from leopold, would probably have to order through Gmarket and I can't seem to find keycaps on their site.

Apparently you can use this broker:

http://www.buyfromkorea.kr/ (http://www.buyfromkorea.kr/)

Shame the white ones are out of stock. They are only $40 though! With broker fees and shipping it might be ~$80 or so (just a guess from that website - I didn't get an actual quote). Not bad!

They're dye-subbed PBT (awesome) and (to my knowledge) you can't get them anywhere else. Also buying a set of HHKB keys from Elitekeyboards costs about the same or maybe even more. When they get a white set in, I will definitely go for it. Definitely a fair price IMO.

What I DON'T get it why they sell the 87U and 104U keyboards but only keycaps for the 86U and 103U. LOL.

Yeh, I'm thinking I will order a set of white caps as well if they come in stock. Would probably just replace the numbers and letters and just leave all the modifiers black.

So, I have heard that there are topre key sets in other colors, besides black, white, and yellow.  That ilovex board had orange keys, and I have seen a part number for a blue set, too.

Does anyone know where the colored key sets can be obtained?  Taobao hunting?

I'd settle for a picture of the sky blue key caps.
