Title: Chording is not a solution!
Post by: Popkeymon on Wed, 30 March 2011, 07:07:26
Oh my chord! It eliminates finger movement. But I found it even a bigger problem to press more than one key at a time compared to moving my fingers over the KB to a correct position!

I studied the chord of BAT. To input "the", five fingers should be pressed together for "t" then 3 for "h" 4 for "e". Although I did not move my figers on the board, I have to press 12 keys in a precise chording pattern just for three very common letters! Where I just need to press three adjacent key on a dvorak left handed layout.

It is a nightmare if i am going to chord a long essay in this way. Yeah, i made zero finger movement on the keyboard, but I should suffer much more health problem chording in this manner!
