I'm not really an analyst but if my eyes don't deceive me, that looks an awful lot like a AT101W. Or am I wrong?

That is a rubber dome. It is quite common. I find lots of them at Myrorna ...
I know of someone in the Stockholm area who has a Dell AT101 (no Windows keys) for sale, if you want me to get it for you.

looks like a dell quietkey, feels like a mushy topre. And Microsoft Windows says they're as good as a model M

definitely a Quietkey. Best Keyboard I ever used before I got into mechs. Seriously, doesn't feel as crappy as most rubber domes. You actually do get a defined tactile bump with it, and its not as horribly mushy. I still wouldn't pay more then a euro for it myself^^.

I just found one of those at my local goodwill. It was ok, not something I would buy though.
