Title: Is There a Most Efficient Typing Setup?

So, I just realized something really odd. I hit the spacebar with my right index finger. o.o So I decided to force myself to use my right thumb, but I found that too straining on my wrist, so now I'm trying to force myself to use my left thumb for the spacebar.

Any change in typing habits usually puts some strain on the wrists. You should give it some time.
