Has anyone successfully tried to put on replacement HHKB keycaps onto Realforce boards?
-
Identical. Works fine.
-
the key profiles match?

the key profiles match?
Yes they are the same. Some keys may have different widths though (right shift..). So make sure to check that you will get what you want.

Do you think if I get 2 sets I'd be able to fully replace my keys on a 86u?
-
Nope. You won't have a backspace.
-
with the exception of the spacebar would it be a complete set?
-
You will need 32 keycaps with a matching profile with the top row.
2 sets of HHKB keycaps only give you 30 of those keys, so I think you will need a separate escape and a WASD key set as well.
Also note that the right shift, spacebar and the backspace are different on the Realforce.

I asked Ripster about the spacebar, it seems to be the same as on the RF.
