Are there any websites that sell Filco keycaps?
Blank or special colored ones?

Hm, I was looking for the same thing: Filco (or at least the same font) keycaps of various colors, specifically black font on white WASD + white escape key. The Group Buys, while they have no shortage of colors, don't have the font I want either. I'm actually surprised there doesn't seem to be a higher demand of keycaps with Filco font (is it Futura?).

If anyone can shed some light as to where to find these keys, it'd be awesome. And ripster, I looked through the Shopping Wiki and the Leopold link still say they have a $99 price tag (now $109). Just a heads up!

I can only find red escape keys and yellow/lavendar WASD keys on Armygroup. The escape and lavendar keys can be found on EK already.

Still looking for the elusive white escape + WASD, preferably printed.

The main problem with this is using any font besides Signature Plastics house font increases the price by ALOT, like say $50 USD per set.
